- Project photography featured on this Site is shared for portfolio purposes; where a project involves a client’s private residence or business premises, images are used only with the client’s consent.
3. Enquiries, Consultations, and Quotations
- Submitting an enquiry through the Site’s contact form, WhatsApp, phone, or email does not create a binding contract between you and Ruchita Interiors.
- Any design proposal, cost estimate, or quotation shared with you following a consultation is indicative and subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, scope revisions, and final measurements, unless confirmed in a signed agreement.
- A formal engagement for our Services (design, execution, or turnkey project management) will only commence once both parties have agreed to and signed a separate project agreement or work order, which will set out detailed scope, pricing, payment schedule, and timelines specific to your project.
- These website Terms do not override or replace the terms of any signed project agreement; where there is a conflict, the signed project agreement will prevail for that project.
4. Project Engagements (General Terms)
Where you engage Ruchita Interiors for design and/or execution Services, the following general principles apply, in addition to the specific terms of your signed project agreement:
- Payments: Payment schedules, milestones, and modes of payment will be defined in your project agreement. Delays in agreed payments may result in delays to project timelines.
- Timelines: Estimated timelines are shared in good faith based on project scope, but may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including material lead times, site access, society/building approvals, third-party vendor delays, or force majeure events.
- Changes in scope: Any changes requested after design finalization or execution has begun may affect cost and timeline, and will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.
- Site conditions: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the site (ownership, permissions, structural conditions) and for obtaining necessary approvals from housing societies, landlords, or local authorities where applicable.
- Warranty: Any warranty on materials, fittings, or workmanship will be as specified in your project agreement or as per the relevant manufacturer’s warranty for branded products used.
5. Third-Party Vendors and Materials
We may engage third-party contractors, fabricators, and suppliers to execute parts of your project. While we manage and are accountable for overall project delivery as agreed in your project agreement, certain product warranties (e.g., appliances, sanitaryware, branded fittings) are governed by the respective manufacturer’s terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruchita Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this Site.
- For engaged Services, our liability in connection with any project will be governed by the terms of the applicable signed project agreement, and shall not exceed the value of fees paid for that specific project, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
7. Testimonials and Reviews
Testimonials, reviews, and ratings displayed on this Site reflect the individual experiences of the clients named and are shared with their permission. Results and experiences may vary from project to project.
8. Privacy
Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
