Ruchita Interiors is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to support our growth across residential, commercial and turnkey interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and contributing to the company’s long-term expansion strategy.
This role requires excellent communication skills, market awareness and the ability to understand client requirements while presenting tailored interior design and execution solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership, design and project teams to convert opportunities into successful projects.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals and market outreach
- Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, business owners and corporate clients
- Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements
